Victoria S. Pineda

Victoria S. Pineda, CFRE, is associate vice chancellor for Institutional Advancement for the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center El Paso, where she is responsible for all development programs for that institution.
Prior to joining Texas Tech, Pineda was director of development for the The University of Texas at El Paso College of Science. An El Paso native, Pineda has been actively involved in nonprofit fundraising across Texas and the United States for more than a decade.
Pineda earned both an undergraduate degree in Organizational Communication and a Masters of Liberal Arts in English, Public Affairs and Cultural Studies from St. Edward’s University in Austin, Texas. She is married to Richard D. Pineda, Ph.D.
