Carrie S. Croley is a director of regional development for the Edward E. Whitacre Jr. College of Engineering at Texas Tech University.

With a diverse background in higher education, Croley is experienced in secured major philanthropic donations and managed special projects and initiatives. Most recently she led fundraising efforts for the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center School of Pharmacy in Dallas.

She has previously served as director of development for campaign strategy at Children’s Medical Center, director of corporate and foundation relations at Colorado School of Mines, and was interim director of development for the Texas Tech University Libraries.

Croley received an M.B.A. in Health Organization Management from Texas Tech University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Sciences from Texas A&M University. She is a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals.
