Oran H. “Trey” Berry III is President of 3-M Energy Corp. and O.H.B., oil and gas exploration and production companies with operations and mineral interest ownership in Texas, New Mexico and Oklahoma.

Berry is a licensed attorney and is board certified in Oil, Gas and Mineral Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He is a trustee of the Margaret Shannon Trust, which oversees operations of the Shannon Health System in San Angelo, Texas.

Berry is a member of the Texas Tech Alumni Association and the Texas Tech University System Chancellor’s Council. He is married to Linda Luker Berry and has three children, David, Austin and Emily.

Berry graduated from Texas Tech University in 1971 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance. He earned his law degree from Texas Tech University in 1975.
