Tony S. Austin
Established in 1939, the Texas Tech Foundation supports and promotes all colleges, schools, programs and campuses of the Texas Tech University System.
Tony S. Austin is president of Tony Austin Company, Inc., a real estate development and investment firm located in the Dallas area. He also owns Austin Airplane Company, Inc., an aircraft operation and leasing concern. Previously, he was Managing Director of Westdale Asset Management, Ltd, a national operator of multi-family properties, located in Dallas.
Austin graduated from Texas Tech University in 1984 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance degree with a concentration in real estate. He is a member of the Jerry S. Rawls College of Business Advisory Council, Chancellor’s Council, and Texas Tech Alumni Association. He is also a Red Raider Club scholarship donor.
He and his wife Christi Austin reside in Heath, Texas, and have two children, Kaleigh and Slaton.
