Established in 1939, the Texas Tech Foundation supports and promotes all colleges, schools, programs and campuses of the Texas Tech University System.
Robert B. Horsman is founder, president and CEO of San Diego National Bank in California. He currently serves as chairman of the Kyoto Symposium, president of the San Diego Opera Association, chairman of Scripps Mercy Hospital Foundation and vice chairman of the Zoological Society of San Diego Foundation. He has previously served on several civic boards including the UC San Diego Foundation Board and the Greater San Diego Regional Chamber of Commerce.
Horsman received a degree in finance from Texas Tech University in 1970. His wife, Katherine, is a former Texas Tech University student.
