Keh-Shew Lu, Ph.D.
Keh-Shew Lu, Ph.D., is president and CEO of Diodes Incorporated, a position he has held since 2005 after serving on the company’s board since 2001.
From 2001 to 2005 Lu was a partner of the WK Technology Venture Fund. Prior to that, Lu was senior vice president of Texas Instruments and general manager of Worldwide Mixed-Signal and Logic Products, where his responsibilities included all aspects of analog, mixed-signal and logic products for Texas Instrument’s worldwide business, including design, process and product development, manufacturing and marketing. From 1996 to 1998, Lu was manager of Texas Instrument’s worldwide memory business. He has also served as president of Texas Instruments Asia from 1994 to 1997, supervising all TI activities in Asia, excluding Japan.
Lu is a board member of Lite-On Technology Corporation and Nuvoton Technology Corporation, two publicly held companies. In addition, he is the founding chairman of the Asia American Citizen’s Council.
Lu holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the National Cheng Kung University in Taiwan and earned his M.S. and Ph.D. in electrical engineering from Texas Tech University.
