Christi D. Quinn

Christi D. Quinn is a retired attorney, who practiced law for more than 30 years. Initially focused on commercial litigation, her practice expanded into strategic alliances, global energy infrastructure, and oil and gas investment and debt structuring. From 1985 until her retirement, Quinn served as an attorney at several law firms and a major international oil and gas company.

Active in the legal profession, Quinn was a member of the American Bar Association, Houston Bar Association and the State Bar of Texas. Engaged in a number of community education programs, she also served as a pro bono attorney in cases involving victims of human trafficking, including children.

Over the years, Quinn has served the community as a volunteer in numerous organizations, schools and philanthropic activities. She currently serves on the Board of Advisors for Incarnate Word Academy in Houston, the board of directors for BEAR…Be A Resource for CPS Kids of Harris County and the executive board of the Ohara School of Ikebana, Houston Area Chapter. She and her husband are also active volunteers in their church.

Quinn graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in advertising from The University of Texas at Austin and holds a law degree from the South Texas College of Law Houston. She is married to Dean Quinn, a graduate of the Texas Tech University Rawls College of Business and the Texas Tech University School of Law. Together, the couple have two children — Connor, a student at the University of Houston, and Graham, who received his bachelor’s degree in management from the Texas Tech University Rawls College of Business in 2018 and is currently attending South Texas College of Law Houston.
