Calvin C. “Skip” Trammell II is the owner of Trammell Irrigation and a director of Bank of the West in El Paso, Texas.

Trammell received his bachelor of science degree in Agricultural Education from Texas Tech University in 1968 and served with the U.S. Army Special Forces, also known as the Green Berets. He was deployed with the 5th Special Forces in Vietnam from 1968–1970.

He and his wife, Nedra, are members of the Red Raider Club and the Texas Tech University Alumni Association Century Club. They reside in El Paso, Texas, and Idalou, Texas.
