Alan Henry
Established in 1939, the Texas Tech Foundation supports and promotes all colleges, schools, programs and campuses of the Texas Tech University System.
Secretary
Alan Henry is the president of Alan Henry Insurance. He is a former mayor of the City of Lubbock and currently serves as the president of the Texas Tech Alumni Association National Board of Directors. He also served as a previous ex officio member of the Texas Tech Foundation Board of Directors.
Henry graduated from Texas Tech with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in 1964 and an M.B.A. in management in 1965. He is married to Cassandra (Sandy) who is a 1964 graduate of Texas Tech University, and together they have three children: Ryan, Lauren and Lee, all Texas Tech graduates.
